STELLANTIS PFMEA & Control Plan (Licensed STELLANTIS)
LICENSED PROGRAM FOR STELLANTIS SUPPLIERS. Reduction of risks leading to a non-conform product is essential on all new developments. STELLANTIS has its own requirements on supplier risk reduction quality system, Process FMEA and identified failure mode management in the supplier Control Plan. At the same time the Control Plan shall verify the conformity of all final product characteristics as defined in the Part Inspection Standard.
Your needs are:
- Understand the global approach of the failure modes identification on a STELLANTIS project while combining STELLANTIS specific needs and supplier process development experience.
- Be able to plan PFMEA and Control Plan related activities on a new project.
- Be aware of STELLANTIS PFMEA requirements in relation to AIAG VDA FMEA standard.
- Submit to STELLANTIS the PFMEA synthesis in the right form/content and on time.
- Meet customer requirements on the reverse Process FMEA.
- Prepare a robust Control plan to follow the failure modes identified by the PFMEA and the final product conformity as defined in the Part Inspection Standard (PIS).
