STELLANTIS APQP/PPAP Requirements

A licensed module on STELLANTIS (ex-PSA) APQP and PPAP requirements. Approved by STELLANTIS for this official training program as the only non-French based company in Europe, ABP Management offers to automotive suppliers this training session in English and in French, Slovak/Czech (native speakers). All trainees who will pass the final exam will receive the certificate from this program accepted by STELLANTIS. Mandatory training program for supplier Project Manager and Project Quality Engineer.

Your needs are:

  • Be trained by highly experienced trainers having more than 20 years of experience with STELLANTIS and more than 1000 training days executed on STELLANTIS requirements (licensed modules)
  • Get an overview of main norms and documentation required on a STELLANTIS project
  • Plan the quality assurance on the project
  • Understand all APQP deliverables requested by your customer
  • Release PPAP with your customer
  • Be certified by STELLANTIS for this training course

  • Part 6 – Phase 2 – Product/Process development
  • Part 7 – Phase 3 – Tool production & first off-tool parts
  • Part 8 – Phase 4 – Product/Process Verification
  • Part 9 – Phase 5 – Production ramp-up
  • Part 10 – Application of PCP in APQP/PPAP process
  • Part 11 – Rules of APQP animation
  • Part 12 – Training wrap-up session
  • Part 13 – Final Exam and verification of the understanding on a Case Study

* Important: Previous participation on an APQP/PPAP training session or hands-on experience with APQP/PPAP is required for all trainees.
