- INCOTERM 2010 – detailed explanation of the main terms for the automotive industry (FCA, ExW, DAP) + overview of all others
- Standard logistics positions and responsibilities
- Logistics as a part of company organizational structure
Project logistics – 0,75 day
- Logistics definition for a new project
- Logistics cost calculation in project RFQ phase
- Investment planning based on logistics cost calculation
- WBS and standard logistics tasks on an automotive project

MODULE III:
Packaging – 1 day

To get the Training certificate the trainee must pass the final exam, 65% of the final score being the minimum.
Duration: 6 days (3 modules, each of them takes 2 days)
In case of 2 or more participants from the same plant we offer 10% discount on the second and all other participants. Refreshment and lunch are included in the training price.
