One of Groupe PSA priorities after acquisition of European activities of General Motors is transformation of Opel/Vauxhall plants on systems of Peugeot-Citroën-DS. At the beginning of this transformation process ABP Management supported Groupe PSA during 11 monhts in the area of professional trainings of Opel/Vauxhall employees and contributed to the transformation of the first Opel plants on PSA systems.
This cooperation had an important contribution also for ABP Management as during dozens of training days in offices and also in plants, we improved our knowledge about systems of Groupe PSA, main ABP Management partner.
We congratulate the whole PSA team on this successful project and are convinced that the transformation of other Opel/Vauxhall plants will be also a success!

The integration of Opel-Vauxhall plants into the Groupe PSA necessarily implies an adaptation of the IT systems and a rise in the skills of the employees of these factories. One of the key success factors of this integration is also communication in different languages among all stakeholders who must work in teams.
At the beginning of this transformation process, Groupe PSA could rely all over the year on skills, availability and professionalism of ABP Management’s employees, in a multi-constrained schedule to carry out the necessary training and successfully start the first Opel-Vauxhall plant operating with the IT systems of Peugeot-Citroën-DS.
