PM-06 Efficient Master Plan, Cost & Resource Plan Creation and Use (in MS Project)

The Master plan is one of the main planning and controlling tools for the Project Manager used all over the project. To prepare a good Master plan that will be realistic and will guarantee the completion of all tasks according to QCD targets, is a competence that isnot offered as a special training module. It happens that the Master plan is a document that is created for the customer and people do not plan tasks but tasks “plan them” (i.e. what is urgent, we will do it). The module will train your people to prepare a robust Master Plan, Cost & Resource plans to guarantee meeting the QCD objectives.

PM-04 Customer specific requirements for project team

Every customer is different. Project Manager communicates with the customer using his “language” and within the project team using internal terms, milestones, deliverables and all required standards. Training module „PM-04 Customer specific requirements for the project team“ does not focus on one customer but on many examples explains the principles of customer requirements management along the project and their impact on project preparation, connection of customer requested deliverables with internal Project Management system, project documentation and communication.

PM-05 Successful Project Launch in a Production Plant without R&D

Typical situation – the project starts in company’s headquarters (France, Germany, …) and one day the plant receives tools or line to launch the production. And during the trials many problems come out. Even if the root causes of the problems come back to the pre-production phases, it’s the production plant that must deal with the consequences. The module “Successful Project Launch in a Production Plant without R&D” provides recommendations on how to improve project implementation in the plant.
