Each customer is different. Project Manager communicates with the customer using his “language” and within the project team using internal terms, milestones and standards. Training module „Customer specific requirements for the project team“ does not focus on one customer but on many examples explains the principles of customer requirements management along the project and their impact on project preparation, project documentation and communication.
